Support in the recruiting process – from candidate research and active sourcing to interview coordination.
Identify and approach potential candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting channels.
Assist with writing and posting job advertisements.
Maintain candidate profiles and talent pools in our recruiting systems.
Assist with the preparation and coordination of interviews.
Contribute to recruiting projects and the use of modern tools and AI applications in recruiting.
Support initiatives related to employer branding and recruiting processes.
Requirements
Currently enrolled student, ideally in Business, Psychology, HR, or a comparable degree program.
First relevant experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or an HR environment.
Structured, reliable, and independent way of working.
Strong communication skills and a good sense for people.
Interest in digital business models and modern recruiting tools.
Openness to new technologies and the use of AI in recruiting.
Very good German and English skills.
