Digital Product Management Leader

Role Overview

• Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for multiple digital products
• Define, design, implement, and scale enterprise-grade AI powered software products
• Establish a team of product managers and product owners
• Collaborate with internal business partners and peers in Digital & IT function
• Ensure product teams understand business needs, user personas, key performance indicators, and GTM milestones
• Translate business requirements into a well-defined product backlog for planning and execution
• Manage feedback cycles for product improvements through an effective roadmap

Requirements

• 15+ years in product management and/or platform leadership for multi-tenant SaaS, internal platforms, or large-scale shared services.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
