Role Overview

• works under general direction of the President of Infrastructure Advisory
• provides administrative support services and performs a broad range of administrative functions
• deals with highly confidential matters
• organizes flow of administrative work through supervisor's office
• prioritizes activities for manager(s) and controls access to manager's calendar
• maintains manager's or work group's calendar
• screens and responds to inquiries on behalf of manager
• plans and arranges meetings, travel, and events
• composes various documents requiring knowledge of manager's views and technical matters
• participates in developing, administering and communicating policies and procedures
• resolves problems and issues for others

Requirements

• 10+ years relevant experience preferred
• advanced MS Word skills
