You support the recruitment process — from screening to organizing and accompanying interviews, through to coordinating and accurately documenting every step.
You research and organize training and development programs, support performance-related topics and coordinate team and company events.
You prepare contract documents and amendments according to standards, collect relevant certificates and documents in a structured way, and reliably manage compliance and occupational safety matters (e.g., mandatory trainings).
You keep personnel data and documents up to date and support people-related inquiries in day-to-day operations — pragmatic, solution-oriented and with a strong focus on quality.
You create, maintain and develop analyses and reports, present key metrics clearly and make them usable for stakeholders.
You help improve our HR processes by simplifying, standardizing and automating them — for example using AI and automation tools.
You review incoming invoices from freelancers, reconcile hours/services, resolve open issues and forward documents for payment.
You proactively contribute ideas — whether in Talent Acquisition, Growth & Retention, People Ops, HR Analytics or other HR topics.
You can actively shape your focus: discover your strengths and gradually take on more responsibility where it suits you best.
