About this role
Role Overview
Filing and maintaining employee paperwork and electronic records
Reformatting and editing HR and OCE documents, BOPs and BOFs
Working with Department Managers to assist with approval process regarding Departmental Expectations guidelines
Assists with the creation of employee orientation and onboarding training materials
Assists in facilitating new hire orientation training and ensuring that materials/resources are accurate
Assists with managing the Organizational Development (OD) Directorate’s document library by maintaining HR files, company memos, and supporting the upkeep of Human Resource materials on SharePoint
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision
Maintain composure and competence under stressful situations; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization to achieve company goals
Trainability
Must have effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Must maintain a high level of professionalism, business acumen, and excellent customer service skills
Requirements
At least 1+ years in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Business Administration
At least 1+ years in Human Resources or Organizational Development
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and other general office equipment.
