- Managing and monitoring Accounts Payable Management

- Expense & Accrual Accounting
- Month-End Close and Reconciliations
- Collaborating with internal teams for financial operations
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancements in financial reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable, payroll processing, and month-end close.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and payroll platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with multi-entity or international payroll processing preferred.
- Knowledge of process automation tools and software preferred.
- Experience in flux analysis and financial forecasting preferred.
