Align the candidate profile with the hiring manager, understanding technical and behavioral requirements;
Post job openings on established channels and evaluate opportunities for new attraction channels;
Screen and qualify resumes with a focus on technical, behavioral and cultural fit;
Conduct competency-based interviews aligned with company values and organizational culture;
Ensure timely feedback is provided to candidates (internal and external);
Monitor and interpret recruitment metrics and KPIs;
Update recruitment platforms daily (e.g., Gupy, LinkedIn, talent pool);
Contribute continuous improvement ideas to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience;
Conduct onboarding for new employees.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
Experience with end-to-end recruitment (mid
to high-complexity roles);
Proficiency with recruitment tools such as Gupy and LinkedIn Recruiter;
Knowledge of building and analyzing recruitment metrics (e.g., SLA, average time-to-fill, conversion rates per stage);
Experience or knowledge in using/interpreting questionnaires based on DISC-related methodologies;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
