Independently and strategically manage international trade processes, focusing on end-to-end import operations from purchase order placement to final delivery.
Serve as a technical reference for processes regulated by ANVISA, including monitoring import licenses (LI), regulatory submissions, technical dossiers and compliance with sanitary requirements.
Ensure compliance with sanitary, customs and regulatory standards, acting proactively to mitigate risks.
Lead initiatives to map, review and optimize international trade processes, driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce logistics and tax costs, including freight, warehousing, demurrage, duties and fees.
Strategically negotiate and manage logistics partners, including customs brokers, freight forwarders and international suppliers.
Monitor and analyze operational and financial trade KPIs, proposing and implementing corrective actions and continuous improvements.
Act as the focal point for cross-functional integration with internal areas (Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory), ensuring process flow and predictability.
Lead or support automation, digitization and continuous improvement projects (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen).
Prepare management reports, cost analyses and feasibility studies to support leadership decision-making.
Support the technical development of the team, serving as a reference and mentor for junior analysts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related fields.
Strong experience in International Trade at a senior level, with a strong focus on import operations.
Demonstrated experience with ANVISA-regulated processes, including hands-on work with import licenses (LI) and sanitary requirements.
Advanced knowledge of customs legislation, tariff classification, special regimes and relevant approving authorities.
Proven experience in cost reduction and logistics process improvement.
Intermediate/advanced Excel (desirable knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools).
Intermediate/advanced English (required).
Experience working with regulated products (medical devices, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or related).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar).
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
