About this role
Role Overview
Conduct proactive prospecting of new clients in the field and by phone.
Visit clients to present the company's solutions, services and differentiators.
Lead face-to-face meetings and assess client needs to propose the best solution.
Prepare and present commercial proposals and carry out negotiations.
Perform active follow-up until closing.
Participate in events, trade shows, relationship-building activities and external commercial strategies.
Keep the CRM updated with visits, negotiations and pipeline stages.
Monitor the client portfolio and ensure a positive post-sale experience.
Develop strategic regional partnerships to increase client acquisition.
Report results, weekly planning and market analyses to the commercial team.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
Availability for daily travel (car/motorcycle or available public transport).
Persuasive profile, organized and target-oriented.
Basic computer skills (for CRM and reporting use).
