Translate B2B strategic briefings into content, communications and practical actions
Execute B2B activations, ensuring message alignment, deadlines and correct formats
Manage digital journeys, communication flows and recurring content
Send general communications for the department with clarity, organization and standardization
Create and organize edits and short clips from live streams for digital channels
Support the operational execution of live events and Conecta, including scheduling, communications, operational support, topics, formats and the role in the commercial cycle
Operate the Entrepreneur Channel (WhatsApp), including content broadcasts, polls and announcements
Contribute to structuring content strategy and briefing for UH and the Pérolas Program, focused on exclusive training for digital profiles (content and format), mapping what is currently being executed
Implement gamification, digital incentives and "Opportunities in Focus" initiatives
Support the operation of Conecta and the initiation of content, design and video jobs
Handle day-to-day requests for the department and support franchises
Provide operational support in tools such as Neoassist

Degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields
Experience in communications and social media, with experience in multi-channel environments, tactical execution and organizing workflows
Preferred knowledge of the following tools: WhatsApp Business, social media scheduling tools, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, customer service platforms (e.g., Neoassist or similar), Instagram, TikTok and live streaming platforms (YouTube)
Short courses in digital marketing, social media, communications or content are considered a plus
