You will be responsible for building, developing, and scaling accounting processes, including insourcing and optimizing the entire accounting function
You will lead and mentor a small accounting team in a fast-growing international environment
You will manage bookkeeping and account reconciliations and deliver timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Local GAAP
You will work closely with tax advisors, auditors, and other external partners
You will support the competitive selection process for a new ERP system and take full project ownership for its implementation and rollout
You will drive process improvements and cost-management initiatives across the accounting function

You have completed commercial training or hold a degree with a focus on accounting/finance, or have an equivalent qualification
You have several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally including leadership experience
You have strong knowledge of Austrian accounting standards and international accounting principles, including tax implications
You have experience with ERP systems, ideally including implementation or migration projects
You have a structured, solution-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset, with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for leading a team in a dynamic environment
