Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot Iterable and HubSpot CRM platforms
Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows and nurture campaigns
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines
Collaborate closely with the greater marketing teams
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs
Ensure data hygiene and integrity across customer and contact databases
Lead the creation and ongoing documentation of marketing operations processes
Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer journey
Stay current on marketing automation trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
4+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS, e-commerce, or similar company
Proficiency in digital marketing functions around automated journeys and data pipelines
Experience with our current tech stack: Iterable, Hubspot, Zapier, Segment, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Looker, and/or similar tools
A creative innovator who stays updated on current marketing trends
Outstanding communication and people skills
Advanced English level
