Role Overview
- Ensure the department's routine operations: report review and collections from multi-brand clients.
- Ensure the department's routine communications (emails, phone and WhatsApp).
- Provide support to the commercial/sales team.
- Manage and authorize negotiations with delinquent clients.
- Support department leadership.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable processes.
- Assist Accounts Receivable with daily tasks.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program (preferred).
- Experience in collections (desirable).
- Basic knowledge of finance (required).
- Intermediate Excel skills (required).
- Analytical ability.
