About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for the entire customer journey
from onboarding and implementation to ensuring high user adoption and satisfaction
Build trusted advisory relationships with customers
Maintain and develop customer strategies, best practices, and training materials
Communicate with existing and potential customers to strengthen customer engagement and retention
Develop customer success metrics and proactively analyze trends
Coordinate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time project delivery
Communicate customer needs to the product team for ongoing software optimization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
Experience in customer success, customer acquisition, or customer-facing roles, and proficiency with CRM and project management tools
Professional demeanor when interacting with customers
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with an analytical, proactive mindset
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Solid knowledge of strategic planning and project management
Professional experience in communications management, IT project management, marketing, sales, account management, UX design, or health tech is a plus
