Role Overview
- Conduct investigations and inspections to assess damage, estimate costs and market value, and produce and review reports and other documents to determine settlement amounts
- Analyze medical, financial and job information and determine eligibility for benefits based on statutory criteria
- Settle claims in accordance with the organization’s standards, policies and quality commitments as well as the contract terms
- Meet deadlines to ensure client satisfaction and avoid penalties
- Negotiate with all parties involved to ensure smooth claims processing
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Business insight

- Interpersonal Savvy
