Manage policy renewal processes by reviewing policy terms and contractual conditions to maintain the portfolio and prevent coverage discontinuities.
Process contractual changes to insurance policies by analyzing and handling requests for additions, removals or data modifications to ensure records accurately reflect agreed terms between policyholder and insurer.
Review clauses, coverages and general conditions by analyzing documents and regulatory standards to ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements.
Perform premium calculations using risk parameters and insurer rate tables to correctly price policies and reduce inconsistencies.
Monitor policy terms and deadlines through internal controls and reports to anticipate renewals and avoid process failures.
Provide support to clients and internal departments with clear and accurate guidance to resolve inquiries and strengthen relationships.
Keep records and controls up to date in internal systems to ensure the integrity of operational information.
Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as needed or requested by the area, including training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in general insurance lines (non-life/P&C) including new business, policy renewals, policy documentation and endorsements.
