About this role
Role Overview
- Analyze logistics requirements and model operational processes.
- Support the deployment of the WMS and its integration with the ERP.
- Provide Level 2 functional WMS support.
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of supply chain processes.
- Write user stories, process documentation, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor WMS developments, testing, and releases.
- Coordinate communications between logistics teams, IT, and integrators.
- Participate in supply chain audits and internal controls.
- Manage budget tracking and supplier relationships within the WMS scope.
- Participate in on-call duty (remote).
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- More than 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Practical experience with an ERP is essential; experience with a WMS is a plus.
- Strong process orientation and good knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira are a plus.
- Understanding of data and integrations.
- Interpersonal skills: clear communicator, structured, proactive, comfortable coordinating between business and IT teams.
- Languages: English (B2); German appreciated.
