Serve as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Insider operations (content A/B testing, App Push, Web Push, WhatsApp, Journey automations) and liaise with the agency.
Monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns, ensuring they are implemented correctly.
Identify and report implementation gaps and recommend improvements.
Compile and analyze campaign performance reports, review results, and suggest adjustments.
Work with the team to ensure campaign content quality and alignment with company objectives.
Validate campaign functionality, ensuring defined metrics and KPIs are being met.
Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and continuously improve campaign execution.
Participate in weekly meetings with subsidiaries to align operations and provide updates on activity progress.
Track the evolution of operational KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous optimization of these indicators to ensure alignment with business goals.
Design dashboards and performance reports that provide clear, detailed visibility for all stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience managing digital and performance campaigns.
Familiarity with campaign monitoring tools and data reporting.
Strong skills in data analysis and performance metrics.
Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and the Insider platform.
Fluent English.
Spanish is a plus.
