About this role
Role Overview
In collaboration with the Talent & HR Development team, you will contribute to designing and deploying training initiatives and HR development projects across the group, such as:
Plan, organize and roll out "learning communities"
Monitor activities, review evaluations, record participation and register attendees
Prepare training materials
Promote our e-learning platforms internally
Draft communications to promote training and departmental initiatives
Organize/manage events for the group onboarding journey
Continuous improvement of the onboarding process: propose and deploy improvements, update communication materials and presentations
Facilitate onboarding sessions
Track onboarding outcomes: analyze evaluations and first‑impression reports
Collaborate on various HR projects
Requirements
Master's level (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources
Strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to speak in public (facilitating group onboarding)
Client
and solution-oriented, flexible and rigorous
Proficiency in English (B2 level preferred) — work in a multilingual environment. Knowledge of Spanish or Italian is a plus but not required
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
