Develop and guide global supply chain strategies that align with business goals and support long-term growth
Lead planning efforts across manufacturing, production, and supply chain functions to ensure strong operational execution
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize materials, labor, and equipment resources
Oversee demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and customer support
Support efficient and high-quality production in both in-house and contract manufacturing models
Drive process improvements and implement best practices across all supply chain activities
Strengthen supplier partnerships and manage compliance with RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and relevant regulations
Coach, mentor, and develop global supply chain team members, fostering an environment of inclusion, growth, and continuous improvement
Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for cost efficiency, service-level improvements, and stronger customer outcomes

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus)
Extensive experience leading global supply chain or operations functions within a complex manufacturing environment
Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Experience with supply chain systems, such as ERP/MRP tools
Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external partners
A mindset focused on continuous improvement, inclusivity, and supporting team development
