Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
5+ years of IT Business Systems Analysis experience
Strong capability to convert complex business and technical requirements into actionable solutions
Strong experience supporting IT projects Managers or programs Managers from initiation through deployment
2–4+ years of business process analysis experience
Proven understanding core project management disciplines
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross functional teams
Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced organization
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
Hands-on experience working in ServiceNow
Working knowledge of Windows hardware, operating systems, and enterprise infrastructure components.
Ability to meet onsite attendance expectations in alignment with current company policy.
