Support the Implementation Department in registering new properties on corporate sales channels: GDS, Omnibees, B2B Reservas and HRS.
Provide support for the relationship between hotels and international brand platforms.
Contribute to the validation and approval of new system integrations, ensuring practicality and functionality in hotel operations;
Ensure that integrations between external systems and the hotel system operate in compliance, guaranteeing correct distribution across sales channels regarding rates, availability and reservations;
Support hotels on matters related to the Omnibees, B2B Reservas, GDS channels and the international systems of the brands affiliated with the group.
Handle registration of new properties on major corporate sales channels: GDS, Omnibees, B2B Reservas and HRS.
Analyze and approve annual rate plans for hotels not part of the Shared Service Center.
Analyze rate fluctuation and parity for hotels not part of the Shared Service Center and present Revenue Management (RM) recommendations.
Requirements
Previous experience in the hotel or tourism industry.
