About this role

Lead large-scale HRIS projects and system implementations.
Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for critical HR system issues.
Design and develop strategic HR technology solutions to support business objectives.
Mentor and guide junior HRIS analysts and team members.
Conduct comprehensive QA testing and ensure system integrity.
Develop and deliver advanced training programs for HRIS users.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HRIS initiatives with strategic goals.
Monitor and optimize system performance and efficiency.
Maintain and enforce data privacy and security standards.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems or related field of study
typically 4 or more years of related work experience
General experience across multiple Workday modules, such as HCM, Recruiting, and Benefits
Ability to apply HR functional knowledge within the HRIS
Prior experience collaborating within Workday Community
Possess a high level of integrity; ability to maintain highly confidential information
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues
