Create and design marketing plans in collaboration with manufacturers.
Ensure execution of plans in internal systems, maintaining organization, control, and up-to-date information.
Monitor progress of activities, ensuring deadlines are met and delivery quality is maintained.
Organize and consolidate supporting documentation: screenshots, invoices, reports, links, and other evidence.
Serve as a point of contact with internal teams, manufacturers, and resellers, coordinating requests such as campaigns, incentives, communications, media, events, and landing pages.
Manage relationships with suppliers and creative teams to execute activities.
Contribute ideas for online and offline initiatives, always focusing on continuous improvement and measurable results.
Analyze campaign results, preparing reports and consolidating performance indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience in cooperative marketing with manufacturers and managing marketing budgets.
Knowledge of digital communication channels (email, paid media, social, landing pages, etc.).
Experience developing and executing marketing plans and organizing supporting documentation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Comfortable working with processes, deadlines, and operational routines, with a high attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with different teams and external partners.
Intermediate to advanced English (reading guides and using international systems).
