Overseeing the day-to-day management, analysis, and optimization of special returns programs
Ensuring compliant, timely, and accurate processing of returned product activity
Identifying opportunities to enhance program performance and operational efficiency
Serving as a key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders
Analyzing return trends, developing monthly performance dashboards, and delivering insights to internal stakeholders
Partnering with internal teams to forecast return volumes and support strategic planning

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline
2 – 4+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, reverse logistics, product returns, trade operations, or data analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate operational data, identify trends, and produce actionable insights
Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or ERP/3PL systems
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders
