Foster a strong culture of partnership with Sales and customers, focused on long‑term value creation and trusted‑advisor relationships.
Define and lead Operational Readiness strategies for all Dematic Enterprise Solution customers, ensuring solutions transition effectively from sale to execution.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required; graduate degree strongly preferred.
15+ years of progressive experience in solution development, engineering, or complex automation systems, with deep exposure to distribution or fulfillment environments.
8+ years of senior leadership experience leading multidisciplinary technical and consulting teams.
Proven track record of driving commercial success through winning solution strategies, executive customer engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration.
