Requirements
Currently enrolled in Business/Social Sciences, Business Administration (ideally with a focus on Human Resources), Psychology, or a comparable social science degree program
Initial practical experience, e.g., through an internship or a student assistant role
Very good written and spoken German and English
Solid user-level knowledge of MS Office products
Enthusiasm for conceptual and operational HR work, plus strong teamwork and communication skills
Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented working style
High level of commitment and good organizational skills
