Junior Lawyer – Civil Litigation

Role Overview

• Work in high-volume civil litigation, focusing on repetitive and lower-complexity matters;
• Drafting of legal pleadings and other procedural documents;
• Strict monitoring and compliance with court deadlines;
• Systematic case monitoring and follow-up;
• Updating reports and internal systems;
• Direct and frequent interaction with clients for operational coordination and case status updates.

Requirements

• Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
• Previous experience in civil litigation;
• Experience handling a high volume of cases is a plus.
