Technology Client Services Consultant

Role Overview

• Supporting preparation of responses to client technology surveys and outside counsel guidelines
• Ensuring materials align with approved AI & Legal Innovation messaging and firm branding Standards
• Maintaining and updating the firm’s legal technology software catalog used for client inquiries and proposals
• Organizes and manages repositories of technology-related materials, templates, and standard responses
• Coordinating internal contributions to ensure timely completion of client-facing deliverables
• Tracking deadlines and managing workflow for technology-related pitch materials
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience
• Law firm or professional service experiences experience, preferably
