About this role
Role Overview
Supporting preparation of responses to client technology surveys and outside counsel guidelines
Ensuring materials align with approved AI & Legal Innovation messaging and firm branding Standards
Maintaining and updating the firm’s legal technology software catalog used for client inquiries and proposals
Organizes and manages repositories of technology-related materials, templates, and standard responses
Coordinating internal contributions to ensure timely completion of client-facing deliverables
Tracking deadlines and managing workflow for technology-related pitch materials
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience
Law firm or professional service experiences experience, preferably
