Role Overview
- Be the owner of the digital insurance product/journey, coordinating continuous improvements in experience and performance
- Develop strategies to optimize conversion funnels
- Manage the portfolio with partner insurers
- Serve as the technical authority on Insurance
- Be fully accountable for business metrics and results
- Provide business-oriented support to Insurance squads
- Map opportunities and perform competitor analysis
- Design and maintain products for offering across sales channels
- Work closely with UX, Engineering, Data, Channels and Operations to deliver improvements with quality and speed
- Produce performance analyses and business intelligence to guide decisions and identify opportunities
Requirements
- Essential: experience in managing and developing insurance products
- Degree: Business Administration or related fields
