Support in defining portfolio priorities: contribute data-driven analyses and criteria to prioritize launches, maintenance, and rationalization of offerings;
Management of offer/product records: organize and oversee end-to-end execution of workflows, ensuring SLAs, deadlines, and alignment with all stakeholders;
Organization and consolidation of databases: structure, update, and maintain the portfolio databases, ensuring consistency, quality, and reliability of information;
Creation of executive reports and dashboards: develop analytical and visual materials, translating data into clear insights to support management and executive decision-making;
Ongoing monitoring of the long tail: analyze performance, identify optimization opportunities, and propose actions to improve portfolio profitability and efficiency;
Organization of recurring cadences and review forums: structure regular portfolio review agendas, prepare analytical materials, and support the facilitation of meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
Experience structuring analyses and transforming data into executive reports and dashboards that generate actionable insights for decision-making;
Ability to organize cross-functional workflows, monitor deadlines, ensure alignment, and enforce governance in portfolio processes;
Strong verbal and written communication skills to align expectations, document decisions, and collaborate with multiple teams;
Ability to oversee the product lifecycle, identifying opportunities for launches, optimization, maintenance, or portfolio rationalization;
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, financial formulas, structured analyses) and Power BI for building reports and dashboards;
Knowledge of Python applied to data analysis;
Knowledge or experience with Artificial Intelligence applied to analysis, automation, or process optimization.
