Role Overview
- Facilitate adoption, use and change of identified applications as required by each school
- Facilitate rapid resolution of incidents occurring in the production environment
- Establish effective working relationships with support team and contacts throughout NAE
- Build data pipeline that transforms raw, unstructured data into formats that can be used for analysis and create reports for stakeholders

- Familiar with Agile methodologies such as scrum (CSM)
- Database Knowledge (SQL, MySQL)
