Role Overview
- Managing end-to-end payroll, compliance, reporting and stakeholder support
- Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services
- Includes payroll processing, statutory obligations, reporting, reconciliations and responding to payroll enquiries
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure employee data is accurate
- Resolve payroll issues efficiently
- Play a key part in continuous improvement initiatives and support payroll system administration
Requirements
- Experienced payroll professional with a strong technical background and a high attention to detail
- Hands-on experience using Preceda
- Ability to manage end-to-end payroll, interpreting awards and EBAs
- Apply Australian payroll legislation
- Customer-focused approach, sound judgement, and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality, tact and professionalism
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to prioritise effectively in a deadline-driven environment
