Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and other relevant documentation for analysis and decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing changes to enhance operational effectiveness.
Provide accurate pipeline and forecast updates to the Head of Sales or Senior Management team to support business planning.
Create low-code interventions, internal toolkits, standards, and guidelines that assist sales teams, allowing teams to scale operations and increase profitability.
Provide administrative assistance to the sales team.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate sales operations and drive delivery of projects to deadlines, with a focus on ensuring go-live with Diamond and P1 accounts.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, proficiency in office software and CRM systems, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
