Role Overview
- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot Zscaler's cloud security solutions (ZIA and ZPA)
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Zscaler environments
- Analyze network issues involving HTTP/HTTPS traffic, SSL inspection, DNS, firewalls, and authentication methods
- Act as a front-line or escalation point for complex technical issues
- Proactively monitor and tune Zscaler policies and document technical processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Zscaler and network security
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP), OSI layers, VPNs, and cloud-based security models (SASE/Zero Trust)
- Proficiency with network packet analysis tools such as Wireshark
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
