Lead and optimise operational functions across Mapon’s 8 global branches.
Ensure operational excellence within Mapon’s Customer Support, Technician and Warehouse teams, focusing on cost control, lean methodologies, and project management.
Own Mapon’s Customer Support, Technician, and Warehouse management: strategy, budgeting, monitoring and cost-control, and analysis.
Lead a team of nearly 50 professionals across Europe, and report progress to both the company and Management Team.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
Standardise operational processes across all global branches.
Ensure operational compliance with local and EU regulations, as well as company policies.
Improve logistics, procurement, and distribution processes, coordinating with supply chain and procurement partners.
Lead global customer support teams and improve efficiency through AI-tools and process optimisation.
Standardise technician workflows, training, and performance metrics.
Requirements
Strong experience in operations management, preferably in a SaaS, telematics, logistics, or technology-driven company.
Demonstrated success with lean methodologies.
Proven experience managing multi-country or global operations.
Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and operational analytics.
Hands-on experience with warehouse and inventory management.
Experience leading customer support and field technician teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
