Role Overview
Lead the full financial planning cycle (budget and forecast).
Ensure critical performance analysis, providing actionable insights to the executive board.
Consolidate an integrated financial view of P&L, balance sheet and solvency indicators.
Raise the quality of FP&A analyses by bringing technical depth and strategic perspective.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and shareholder directives, SUSEP and auditors.
Strengthen financial policies and procedures, increasing robustness and mitigating operational risks.
Coordinate close rituals, reconciliations and key controls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable and operational treasury.
Optimize processes and workflows, pursuing efficiency, automation and standardization.
Ensure SLAs, governance and a high-quality internal customer experience for supported areas.
Ensure efficient management of contracts, procurement, commercial compliance and purchasing guidelines.
Manage strategic negotiations and cost-reduction initiatives.
Partner with the Strategy management to enable initiatives for efficiency, profitability and expansion.
Structure business cases, feasibility analyses and robust financial models.
Support the company’s strategic decisions with in-depth analyses and long-term financial projections.
Act as the direct manager of coordinators, ensuring prioritization, alignment and delivery of results.
Develop the team, strengthening the talent pipeline and technical capabilities.
Reinforce a culture of continuous improvement, reliable data, accountability and collaboration.
Requirements
Solid experience in finance within the insurance or financial market.
Strong expertise in FP&A, management accounting, financial modeling and economic-strategic analysis.
Knowledge of financial operational processes.
Experience with operational efficiency, automation and process improvement.
Ability to operate in regulated environments (SUSEP).
Advanced Excel and proficiency in BI tools.
Systemic view and ability to translate data into decisions.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Structured, organized and process-oriented profile.
Executive communication skills and ability to influence across functions.
Leadership that combines technical rigor and people development.
Strategic thinking coupled with consistent execution.
