Serve as a primary People partner for managers, providing practical guidance on day-to-day team leadership, performance management, and employee development.
Coach managers on delivering feedback, setting clear expectations, navigating difficult conversations, and building strong team dynamics.
Support managers in developing high-performing teams aligned with company values and goals.
Lead and manage employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and a balanced, fair approach.
Partner with managers to proactively address underperformance through clear feedback, documentation, and development plans.
Ensure consistent and thoughtful application of company policies and practices.
Design, update and refine policies to reflect company growth and evolving needs.
Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws while balancing employee experience and business priorities.
Requirements
6-10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or Generalist experience
Experience supporting and coaching managers across multiple business units
Demonstrated ownership of performance management cycles, employee relations cases, engagement survey analysis and action planning and organizational change initiatives
