Quality Assurance, Sanitizer

Role Overview

• Ensures all equipment is sanitized according to company quality assurance standards
• Performs external and internal or Clean in Place (CIP) sanitation on production lines
• Ensures proper aseptic techniques for microbial sample collections
• Maintains water treatment equipment
• Maintains cleanliness of chemical storage and water treatment areas
• Records all internal and external sanitation in the Lab Data Management System (LDMS)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience
• Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
• Basic microbial knowledge and aseptic techniques
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel experience
• Experience in manufacturing sanitation preferred
