Coordinate the implementation of the corporate AI model, ensuring execution of the roadmap and achievement of defined milestones. Structure and lead governance rituals (committee, thematic towers, ambassador program);
Serve as the focal point for integration between business areas, IT, Risk, HR and other stakeholders;
Organize the initiative backlog, track deliveries and manage dependencies and impediments;
Support the implementation of processes related to governance, prioritization, risk, benefits and the lifecycle of AI initiatives;
Lead the execution of the ambassador program and other organizational mobilization efforts;
Consolidate metrics, status updates and follow-up materials for executive reporting;
Prepare management artifacts (schedules, plans, reports, records and operational controls) and support workshops, working sessions and interactions with areas involved in the program;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
Experience preparing executive materials and monitoring reports.
Preferred:
Experience with digital transformation, automation, analytics or AI programs;
Familiarity with corporate governance structures, PMO or strategic programs;
Experience in industrial environments or large organizations;
Familiarity with project management, collaboration and dashboard tools.
