Requirements
Strategic direction and narrative: support and guide the CMs team in strategic and creative deliverables, ensuring adherence to the brand book, cultural relevance, and sensitivity in campaigns, avoiding stereotypes or topics misaligned with the brand pillars.
Editorial and content planning: organize and review the content calendar, ensuring editorial balance, relevance, and alignment with the needs of media, BI, and other involved areas.
Client relationship: clearly translate client requests to the team, present proposals, defend ideas, and align expectations with stakeholders.
Performance analysis: monitor qualitative and quantitative results in partnership with BI, proposing strategic adjustments and experiments based on data and learnings.
Opportunity identification: propose special projects and initiatives, connecting insights and trends that strengthen the brand's presence.
Team development: conduct 1:1s, provide continuous feedback, and foster creative repertoire, allocating talent strategically.
Cross-functional integration: collaborate with strategy, media, production, operations, account management, influencer, community, and BI teams to ensure integrated, feasible deliverables aligned with budget and timelines.
