Overall curriculum storyboard development for PM Pathways Courses across all 3 Tiers
Accountability for accuracy and engagement of curriculum in an ISD e-learning platform
Accountability for course alignment with Leidos PM Best Practices, (PM Vitals), Leidos PE policies, terminology, and references to other systems
Accountability for curriculum that covers 10 essential program management themes for PM Pathways : Cost, Technical/Scope, Schedule, Program Planning & Team Building, Proposals, On-Contract Growth, Change Management, Transition Management, Customers/Stakeholders, and Soft Skills
Responsible for ensuring detailed objectives for each course are vetted and have a robust review by stakeholders
Responsible for ensuring detailed objectives are met and brought to life in course development
Responsible for ensuring course content is framed for PM mentors, and is developed to coincide with practicum as well as the mentoring program and plan
Collaborating with other PM Advancement and Analytics team members on the detailed PM Pathways roadmap and rollout schedule.
Collaborating with the Instructional Systems Designer to ensure objectives are fleshed out and developed in a dynamic, engaging learning framework
Working with our team, other members of the PE community, functional leaders across the business on content accuracy and excellence
Developing a process for continuous improvement and course continuity (continuity and consistency of information across courses)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Program Management, or related field and 12+ years of relevant experience.
Prior experience should include minimum 5 years in program management as a mid-level Program Manager
Proven experience in creating modern, crisp program management-related training content
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and engage/steer stakeholders in a complex, cross-functional environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
Experience with training with a mentoring component
