Category Sourcing Manager – EMS

Role Overview

• Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies.
• Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
• Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels.
• Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement.
• Manage claims.
• Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
• Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in the Sourcing & Commodity Management.
• Knowledge level is comparable to minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 -8 years of sourcing/procurement experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills and excellent analytical, financial acumen.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across cultures.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
