About this role

Organizing transportation and ensuring the proper execution of commodity contracts
Communicating daily with various departments
Coordinating the loading schedule
Ensuring smooth operations in collaboration with railway companies, suppliers, and service providers
Receiving and processing moderately complex to complex customer orders
Explaining information and informing customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete an order
Processing moderately complex to complex document requests from customers and confirming final shipping and quality documentation and specifications
Identifying risks and opportunities to improve the order management processes
Independently solving moderately complex issues with minimal supervision
Escalating complex issues to appropriate staff

Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics
Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
Strong analytical abilities and can manage/evaluate large volumes of data
Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
Good IT skills: MS Office, Excel; SAP is a plus
