Using KPI-based monitoring, you analyse the resonance of our content and continuously optimise posts, articles and formats.
By publishing expert pieces on external platforms, you strengthen our thought leadership and sharpen our corporate and employer brand in the B2B space.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a comparable qualification
Professional experience: Several years of experience in B2B content marketing with a focus on social media and digital formats
Technical skills: Confident use of LinkedIn and other social platforms as well as Confluence, HubSpot, Canva and Riverside; experience with AI tools; proficiency in KPI-driven campaign management and agency coordination
Personal qualities: Strategic thinker with creativity, strong execution skills, a sense for trends and a clear results orientation
Languages: Very good German and good English for communication in an international environment
