Conduct target-setting discussions with partners, define actions to achieve objectives, and monitor the results.
Support partners across the entire sales process — from lead qualification to successful deal closure.
Attend sales presentations, coach partner teams, and strengthen their closing capabilities.
Design and present campaigns for new and existing customers as part of the Corporate Planning Campaign Hub.
Take responsibility for sales forecasting and performance reporting, and work closely with Pre-Sales and Customer Success to further develop the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in sales or partner management with demonstrable revenue responsibility
Knowledge of CPM, ERP, BI, or SaaS solutions; solid understanding of business and technical interrelations
Analytical, strong communication skills, persuasive in negotiations and confident when dealing with management levels
Very good German and good English skills for communication in an international environment
