The Programme Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing delivery activities within the international GCAP Electronics Evolution (G2E) Domain Project Management Office (DPMO).
The delivery manager will ensure that programme activities are executed according to defined requirements, scope, timeline, quality standards and budget.
The role will oversee partner project execution, deliverable monitoring and testing and acceptance processes in line with requirements.
Proactively handle issues and communicate scope changes in a clear and timely manner, maintaining key stakeholder engagement throughout project execution on behalf of the DPMO and into the customer, Edgewing.
Co-ordinate delivery of a high-risk & highly complex programme that is critical to the business.
Requirements
Proven experience in programme management, including leadership of large, complex programmes with a strong focus on programme delivery.
Experience managing project budgets, resources, schedules and performance baselines.
Demonstrated abilities in monitoring, evaluating and reporting of programme performance.
Strong background in issue, risk and opportunities management.
Security Clearance: This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
