Provide subject-matter support for refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology in shipbuilding
Develop technical concepts and prepare specifications for approval and procurement processes
Perform system design and calculations
Define, coordinate, and manage interfaces with suppliers
Evaluate bids and prepare recommendations for decision-making with respect to technical risks and cost considerations
Review and assess suppliers' design documentation
Create and review schematic piping diagrams based on construction specifications and classification society rules
Produce and review 3D models for refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems
Conduct technical coordination with customers and system suppliers
Collaborate with other design departments and manufacturing

Completed technical or scientific degree, or certified technician qualification (m/f/d)
Professional experience in the field and experience with integration in shipbuilding desirable
Confident knowledge of regulations and standards, preferably classification society rules and SOLAS
Proficient user of AutoCAD and good knowledge of MS Office
Good written and spoken English on technical matters
Confident manner, ability to work independently, assertiveness, and strong communication and teamwork skills
