About this role
Role Overview
Develop and refine the commercial process (SLAs, stages, funnel, cadence).
Create inbound and outbound prospecting strategies.
Identify improvement opportunities and implement sales best practices.
Commercial analysis and intelligence.
Analyze data, forecasts and market trends.
Create executive reports with performance insights and opportunities.
Monitor CAC, LTV, conversion by stage and other key indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT.
Knowledge of the CRM sales market and its main players.
Previous experience managing sales teams and with HubSpot products.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (pipelines, workflows, dashboards, automations).
Solid understanding of sales funnels and commercial methodologies (SPIN, BANT, GPCT).
Analytical capability and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
English fluency required.
