A sales-focused role to identify new business opportunities and meet assigned sales targets.
Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin, and the acquisition of new accounts for each product assigned by the team leader.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with existing customers and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with various departments to establish pricing strategies, enhance product offerings, and coordinate marketing initiatives.
Engage in business travel to attend international conferences, nurture customer relationships, and pursue new business opportunities abroad.
Promote and strengthen the company's brand image by exemplifying professionalism and sustainability in all aspects of work.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and account development plans.
Ensure timely and professional customer engagement, proposal submission, and follow-up.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications or ICT sales, with strong exposure to Enterprise markets.
Existing relationships with key Enterprise customers and IT partners are preferred.
Solid understanding of IP-based connectivity, subsea cables, and cloud networking solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
